Premium Relationship Manager, Singapore

Position Summary:

  • Provide outstanding service and build relationships with a dedicated portfolio of OANDA’s clients
  • Proactively gain referrals from existing client relationships
  • Retain clients through proactive management, utilising OANDA's products and services
  • Regularly contacting clients to maintain a strong working relationship and deliver high value solutions
  • Conduct regular client education on the platform and products related to the CFD and Forex markets
  • Work closely with the sales department to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new clients


  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 -5 years relationship management or sales experience in the financial industry or technology sectors preferred
  • Proven ability to exceed personal and team targets
  • Proven track record of relationship management experience in person and on the phone
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office, experience in Salesforce would be an asset
  • Ability to quickly learn OANDA’s product offering and business systems
  • Ability to diffuse difficult clients and solve problems
  • Detailed, organized and precise in handling customer issues, queries and follow up
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
  • CMFAS 1B, 6 & 6A qualifications, proficiency in the use of MS Office, experience in Salesforce would be an asset
  • Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
  • The role is expected to be very hands on and hence the candidate must be self-directed and self-driven.
  • Passionate about Forex trading and enjoys discussing the financial markets.
